Client Policies

Cancellation

In an effort to remain timely with our patient flow and allow for optimal client access, we have implemented the following cancellation policy:

  1. All clients are required to pay a $50 deposit at the time of booking an appointment (excluding follow-ups and free consultations) for aesthetic services or esthetician services. A $100 deposit is required for hormone therapy consultations. Esthetician services under $50 are collected in full at time of scheduling. The deposit will be credited to the services rendered on the day of the scheduled appointment. In the event of a no-show or cancellation in less than 48 regular business hours (Mon - Fri 9:00 A.M to 6:00 P.M) the deposit or esthetician services under $50 will NOT be refunded.
  2. Appointment times are reserved especially for you. Please be mindful of this if you are unable to keep your appointment. Providing us with a 48 business hour notice will help make this appointment available to another patient.
  3. In the event that you no-show or cancel less than 48 regular business hours prior to your scheduled appointment, you will incur the aforementioned charges. You will be reminded of our policies at the time of scheduling.

Late Arrival

We suggest arriving 10 to 15 minutes prior to your appointment time to allow time to complete paperwork or answer questions about the service you may have. We understand that issues can arise that may cause you to be late for your appointment. However, we ask that you call to inform us if that ever occurs, so we can do our best to accommodate you. Appointment times are reserved for each client, so oftentimes, we cannot exceed that reserved time.

Refund Policy

At California Concierge Medicine, we work with each client to discuss treatment objectives and review likely outcomes, benefits, and risks associated with each treatment. Once services are rendered, they will not be refunded; however, to ensure our clients always receive the greatest experience at California Concierge Medicine, unused service values (cash equivalent for the remaining amount of a treatment package) can be applied to any other service at California Concierge Medicine.

For any products offered in the clinic, all sales are final. However, should you have a reaction, it can be returned within 7 days of purchase after an examination with one of our providers so we can document such an event in your medical records. After a physical examination, the provider will determine if a refund is indicated.

All treatment sales (such as but not limited to Botox, dermal fillers, laser treatments, facials, chemical peels, lash services, or chemical peels) are final; refunds or credits cannot be offered once treatment is completed.

We will be honest in all our dealings with you. Esthetics is not an exact science, and how you may respond to a given treatment will vary from person to person. It is virtually impossible to predict results, and therefore payments made for services are for treatments to be performed -- not for a specific result. However, we always strive to achieve the absolute best result that we can for you. Scheduling your appointment is your acceptance of these policies.
